At about 8:00PM on July 6th, William 'Bill' Hoeffer and another subject were exiting the Russian River after tubing down it. They climbed up the bank through brush, once at the top, the other person with William noticed that William did not make it out of the brush, and that subject was unable to locate William after searching for 2 hours.
William is a 75 year old white male, last seen without a shirt and wearing blue and white board shorts with a flower pattern, along with black teva type water shoes. He has short gray hair with a slight goatee.
