Alert
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Office of Emergency Services is conducting a test of the warning sirens in the Loch Lomond, Cobb Mountain, Anderson Springs, and Middletown areas coinciding with the Cobb Area Council’s Cobb Safe event. This is only a test and there is no emergency. If there was an emergency, this is the area where you would receive additional information regarding the type of emergency situation and actions you should take. This is also the area where information would be shared from other county and fire agencies. Again this is only a test of the emergency warning sirens. The Sheriff’s Office encourages you to make sure that your e-mail address is entered into the LakeCoAlerts system.
