#023/#028 Auto Burglary Arrests
Officers were dispatched to Costco on the report of an auto burglary that had just occurred in the parking lot.  The caller reported two males had broken into a parked vehicle and then fled the scene in a black Honda Civic with tinted windows and no license plates.  The suspect vehicle was last seen eastbound on Auto Mall Pkwy heading toward Hwy I880.  Officers made their way towards the freeway and within a few minutes, a vehicle matching the description was spotted traveling northbound on Hwy I880 in the area of Thornton Ave.  Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver failed to yield and took off.  After a brief pursuit, the suspect vehicle crashed into two uninvolved vehicles.  Three occupants fled the Honda Civic on foot and eventually ran eastbound across the freeway.  With additional resources, the suspects were quickly taken into custody.   Loss from at least two auto burglaries was located within their vehicle.  CHP documented the freeway crash. One suspect sustained minor injuries. 
 
#045 Robbery
Officers were dispatched to the Ulta store located Pacific Commons on the report of a robbery.  According to the caller, four females stole several items and attempted to flee the store.  On their way out, they shoved two employees.  They all fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.  Suspect #1 was described as a black female, 20s, wearing white and pink shirt and black pants.  Suspect #2 was described as a black female, 20s, wearing a grey hoodie and black pants.  Suspect #3 was described as a black female 20s wearing a white and yellow jacket and black pants.  Suspect #4 was described as a black female, 20s, wearing a jean jacket and black leggings. 
 
#050 Shoplifting
Officer Stiers responded to Target at Pacific Commons regarding a female apprehended by loss prevention.  A 28 year old female was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Fremont Jail. During the booking process she was also found to be concealing methamphetamine.  The female was charged with possession and booked at Santa Rita Jail.

#016/#017 Vandalism and Trespassing on Railroad Property
Officers Balcorta and Crow were conducting a security check of the area of Paseo Padre Pkwy and Riverwalk and detained three subjects.  It was determined they had trespassed and vandalized railroad property.  Officer Crow arrested three men; a 19 year old Fremont resident, a 20 year old Fremont resident and a 19 year old Newark resident.
 
#028 Auto Burglary
CSO Allen responded to a report of an auto burglary that had taken place at approximately 8:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Marina Foods (46000 block of Warm Springs Blvd.) Suspect vehicle was reportedly a white SUV.
 
#029 Auto Burglary
Officer Scherer responded to a burglary that had taken place at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Century Theaters (Pacific Commons).
 
#030 Warrant Service
Officer Latimer noticed a man on bike in the area of the Fremont Hub, at approximately 10:35 p.m.  After attempting to stop the man for a vehicle code violation, he failed to yield and fled north through the shopping center.  As units responded to the area, the man was intercepted near Chili’s and stopped. The 34 year old was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest.  He was transported to Santa Rita Jail. 
 
#001 Hit and Run Collision
A collision was reported near Mowry Ave and Mission Blvd.  A vehicle was disabled, blocking the roadway and hit a light pole.  As officers respond to the area, additional information was reported that four subjects were fleeing the scene on foot.  The registered owner of the vehicle was later contacted and said that she had no idea where her vehicle was and that no one should have it.  She assured officers that a stolen vehicle report from her local jurisdiction would be forthcoming. The subjects were not located.

#004 Auto Burglary
An auto burglary was reported in the 4000 block of Amador Rd.  Entry way made via breaking the door lock.  Loss was Makita Power tools.  Glove box and center console were ransacked.  Crime occurred sometime overnight.  Investigation conducted by CSO Ernst.
                                                                                                     
#007 Auto Burglary
An auto burglary in the 1000 block of Mowry Ave occurred sometime overnight.  Unknown method of entry.  Loss was power tools. Investigation conducted by CSO Ernst.
 
#002 Missing Person
Officers responded to a missing juvenile in the area of Paseo Padre Pkwy.  The reporting party stated that his teenage son had run away after a tutoring session in Fremont approximately 5 hours prior.  An extensive search was conducted for several hours.  A Nixle message was sent out and the juvenile was entered into the missing person database.  The juvenile returned home on Tuesday. 
 
#006 Commercial Burglary
Officers were dispatched to an in progress commercial burglary at CJ Liquors on Stevenson Bl.  Witnesses called 911 and reported three male suspects in a Honda SUV who had attached a chain to their vehicle and were pulling an ATM from the store causing major damage.  As Officer Gonzales arrived in the area he located the suspect vehicle and a pursuit was initiated.  The pursuit was ultimately terminated by Officer Gonzales when the vehicle traveled N/B on I880 in the S/B lanes.  Investigation ongoing.
