The Wednesday morning commute may be adversely impacted with flooding roadways and ponding of water. Periods of heavy rain are also possible on Wednesday Afternoon and Thursday morning. A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding in creeks, streams, and rivers. The public is advised to monitor weather forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
