Resisting Arrest
Officers were dispatched to a report of a male jumping the fence into the reporting party’s backyard. When confronted, the suspect said he was looking for a ball that went over the fence. The first arriving officer saw the suspect and recognized him as a well-known transient. The male immediately took off running. Officers gave chase and apprehend the male without incident. The male, who is on 4 probations for trespassing, vandalism, and prowling, was arrested for resisting arrest.
#028 Theft
Several suspects stole merchandise from a retail business in the 43500 block of Boscell Rd. The suspects got into a white Hyundai Sonata with a paper dealership plate and drove out of the shopping center. Officer Hanrahan located the suspect vehicle, attempted a traffic stop, and the suspect vehicle fled southbound on I-880. A pursuit was not initiated.
Suspect #1 – Hispanic male adult in his 20’s, wearing a brown/white plaid shirt, blue jeans and black shoes
Suspect #2 – White or Hispanic male adult, with a tattoo on the back of his neck, wearing a black Warriors hat and a long sleeve black shirt
Suspect #3 – Hispanic female adult wearing an olive green jacket, black shirt and black pants.
#037 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officer Gonzalez stopped two males near Mission Blvd and Niles Blvd. The contact resulted in one of the two being placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Multiple FPD officers responded to the BART Station at the request of BART Police Dispatch for an officer fighting with a subject. As officers got on scene, the subject had been handcuffed but still struggling with them. FPD Officers assisted with placing the male into a WRAP restraint.
