#009 Auto Burglary
Officer Tran investigated an auto burglary that occurred in the Club Sport parking lot between 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

#010 Commercial Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated a commercial burglary that occurred at a beauty salon, located in the   37400 block of Fremont Bl.  Loss included approximately jewelry, cash, and thousands of dollars’ worth of human hair extensions.

#011 Auto Burglary
Officer Degenstein and FTO Richards investigated an auto burglary that occurred over night in the La Quinta Inn Parking Lot.

#015 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
Officer Franchi, Trzewieczynski, and Cavas responded to the area of five corners after a witness thought they saw the end of a shotgun sticking out of a shopping cart associated with transients in the area.  A 70 year old male was contacted and arrested for possession of methamphetamine.  The suspected shotgun was determined to be a pellet gun

#027 & #028 Possession of a Controlled Substance and Trespassing.
A reporting party called to report a “transient” subject had set up camp blocking access their place of business.  Officers arrived and contacted a 31 year old male who was on searchable probation.  He was subsequently arrested/cited for possession of a controlled substance and was also issued a trespass warning.  Case investigated by Officer Degenstein and FTO Kwok.

#036 Trespassing
A reporting party called to regarding a male who was trespassing on private property in the 44000 block of Old Warm Springs Blvd., and had locked himself in the compressor room.  Officers arrived and contacted a 34 year old male transient.  He was issued a trespass warning, but the reporting party allowed him until Sunday to remove his property.  Documented by Officer Manrique.

#045 Public Intoxication Arrest
A reporting party called to advise that a subject, later identified as a 40 year old adult male, was chasing three females down Bay St.  Officers contacted the male and arrested him for being drunk in public.  Case investigated by Officer Blanchet.

#001 Attempted Burglary (Residential)
Several reporting parties in the area of Acacia/Country called to advise that a subject was in their backyard and hopping fences.  As officers arrived, another caller advised that the suspect pulled off a screen to their bedroom window but fled when the resident confronted them.  Officers cleared several yards with the use of a K9 and FFD’s UAV, however, the suspect was not located. The suspect was described as an unknown race male, wearing a green camouflage hoodie

#004 DUI Crash
While the above listed search was being conducted, officers had to break for a solo vehicle collision at Fremont/Carol.  A male driving a Subaru lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree in the center median.  The driver, a 27 year old adult male, fled on foot but later returned to the scene.  Officer Blanchet arrested the male for DUI.

#046 Trespassing
Security at the Presidio Apartments on Walnut Ave called to advise that a transient pushed him while he was attempting to get him to leave.  This is an ongoing issue with the 23 year old male who was inside of the gym and refusing to leave.  Officer Paiva contacted the male and arrested him for Trespassing.

#007 Commercial Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated a commercial burglary that occurred overnight at 4640 Auto Mall Pkwy.  Multiple spray guns and spray tips were stolen.

#009 Robbery (Estes)
At 7:50 a.m., officers responded to Quick Stop Farwell after a male attempted to leave the store with merchandise he hadn’t paid for.  When the suspect was confronted, he punched the store clerk before fleeing.  The suspect was not located after an attempted canine track and area check.  The suspect was described as a white male adult, 25 years old, 250 lbs., with long hair, wearing sunglasses, a black t-shirt, and black pants.

#013 Robbery
At approximately 1:00 p.m., a victim was in the Wells Fargo parking lot located in the area of Mowry and Blacow when a suspect armed with a firearm, approached the victim.  The suspect stole the victim’s wallet and fled the area westbound towards I880 on Mowry Ave in a black Jeep Wrangler or similar type vehicle.  The suspect was described as a black male adult, 6’ tall, wearing all black clothing. 

#012 Trespassing
A 60 year old female was contacted near the 7-eleven on Chapel after generating multiple calls for service regarding a disturbance in and around the store.  The female was issued a trespass warning and left the area.

#014 DUI Hit and Run Collision Arrest
At 1:44 pm., officers responded to a multi-vehicle collision near Fremont and Sundale.  A 35 year old female driver was arrested for DUI as well as hit and run for leaving the scene.  Investigated by Traffic Officers Gregory and Piol.

#015 Auto Burglary
CSO Schwartz investigated an auto burglary at Coyote Hills staging area.  Due to the remote location, there is no suspect information.  However, the victim’s credit card was used several times after the burglary.

#018 Bank Robbery
At 2:14 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the Safeway store at the Fremont Hub.  He approached the victim teller at the US Bank located inside the store.  The suspect provided a demand note to the bank teller advising he was robbing the victim.  No weapons were seen.  The suspect was described as a Black male adult, 40-50 y/o, 5’4” thin build, wearing a brown baseball cap, dark rimmed glasses, and a navy blue button up dress shirt.

#021 Auto Burglary
CSO Allen investigated an auto burglary at the Agua Caliente Park.  A male suspect wearing an off-white jacket broke a window and stole a purse. He was last seen driving away in a possible Audi or Mazda.

#025 Criminal Threats and Brandishing a Weapon Arrest
At 6:14 p.m., a male and female couple were blocked by a vehicle when returning home to their residence in the 3900 block of Monroe Ave.  They pulled up to the entry gate of their complex and encountered a black Volkswagen Jetta blocking the path.  The male honked his horn at the driver in the Jetta, later determined to be delivering food via a ride share company.  The male driver of the Jetta got out and began yelling at the couple.  He then spat on the couple’s vehicle, called them profanities and then got back into his vehicle.  He then turned around his vehicle, pulled out two large knifes and told the couple he would stab them.   He then fled the area.  The couple was able to get a photo of the vehicle and called 911.  The couple described the knife to officers as being approximately one foot in length with a large blade.  Officers were able to identify the vehicle based on the photo.  The suspect was contacted and returned to provide his side of the story.  The 47 year old was arrested and booked into Santa Rita on charges of criminal threats and brandishing a weapon.

#026 DUI, Hit and Run Collision Arrest
At 8:53 p.m., officers responded to a hit and run in the area of Omar Street and Butano Park Dr.  A female stated that an unknown male driver struck her vehicle, stayed for a few minutes, and then fled prior to providing any information.  Officer Manrique found the vehicle and driver in the Colonial Gardens Apartments.  The 24 year old male driver was positively identified and arrested for DUI and hit and run.  Investigated by Traffic Officer Gregory and Officer Manrique.

#024 Trespassing
Resuming from earlier in the day (#012 above), the 60 year old female transient continued to be a nuisance in the 5 corners area, generating additional calls for service.  At 5:07 p.m., officers contacted the female and she agreed to leave the area and calm down.  At 5:59 p.m., officers responded again to the 40600 block of Grimmer Blvd. on the report that she was swearing at customers, claiming she had a bomb.  She was not in possession of any explosives.  The female was arrested by Officer Higgins and taken to Santa Rita where she was booked for trespassing.

Trespassing Calls
- Officers were dispatched to Bank of America on Beacon Ave for a transient sleeping in front of the ATM’s.  They contacted an adult male and he moved out of the area.
- Officers were sent to 24 Hour Fitness at Gateway Plaza for a transient sleeping on the workout floor.  Officers contacted the male and he moved along.

#001, 002, 003 Auto Burglaries
Three (3) auto burglaries occurred at Denny’s Mowry and Applebee’s/Olive Garden at Mowry East Shopping Center between 9:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.  No suspect description at this time.  Cases investigated by Officer Blanchet.

#006 Strong Arm Robbery
A Domino’s Pizza delivery driver was delivering to an address on Wainwright Co.  As he approached the front door, two suspects approached him and robbed him of the pizzas and his wallet.  They fled on foot northbound through the complex.  Case investigated by Officer Berrier.  The suspects were described as two Black male juveniles, approximately 17 years old, wearing dark hoodies.

#021 Trespassing
Officer responded to a house on Noria Rd regarding a former resident who was evicted by ACSO last week.  The former resident returned and tried to move back in.  The female was arrested for trespassing.

Auto Burglaries
- #015, Whole Foods, no suspect info

- #020, attempt only at Party City.  Vehicle keys were stolen and suspect attempted to open the vehicle remotely.  Per video, suspects are described as: 1- Black female, approximately 17-18  years old, hair in a bun, wearing all black clothing.  2- Black female, 17-18 years old, shoulder length hair, wearing a black hoody and red shorts. 

#034 Warrant Service
Traffic Officer Snow was driving around on routine patrol and noticed a bicyclist failing to stop at a red light near Civic Center and Bart Way.  Officer Snow decided to stop the subject for his own safety because he was operating a bike and not paying attention to his surroundings.  After the initial contact Officer Snow discovered the subject was being less than truthful about his identity.  After some further discussions he finally came clean and properly and truthfully identified himself.  He was found to have an outstanding felony arrest warrant robbery.  He was arrested and taken to the Fremont jail to be booked.

#017 Residential Burglary
CSO Spencer investigated a residential burglary in the 800 block of Hunter Ln.  The residents informed officers that the occurrence was believed to have happened on 5/27 at approximately 11:40 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) entered by shattering the glass of an exterior door.  Loss was jewelry.

#018 DUI Arrest
At 4:23 p.m., Traffic Officer Snow investigated a report of a hit and run collision at the Highlands Swim Club (41900 Palm Av.).  He located the suspect vehicle and arrested the 34 year old female driver for drunk driving.

#003 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Officer Dennis conducted a pedestrian stop on Paseo Padre Pkwy at Blackstone Way.  He contacted a 42 year old male who was on searchable probation for drug related offenses.  A search of the male revealed he was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.  Officer Dennis arrested the male for the pipe.
