Incidents 335 Reports 42

#007 Resisting/Obstructing

Officer Francisco was flagged down by private security in a commercial center located at Mowry Ave and Paseo Padre Pkwy regarding transients loitering and threatening security to a fight.  During contact, one of the persons, later identified as a 29 year old male, attempted to flee and was arrested for resisting/obstructing. 

#009 Possession of a Stolen Vehicle Arrest

Officer DeStefano and Officer Kwok responded to Irvington Baptist Church on the report of a male passed out in a truck with visible drugs on the console.  A 44 year old male was contacted in the truck and found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  The vehicle was also determined to be stolen, so in addition to the warrant, the male went to jail for possession of a stolen vehicle. 

#018 Resisting/Obstructing

Officer Han and Smith responded to the 35600 block of Fremont Bl. regarding a male making verbal threats towards the caller.  A 38 year old male was contacted on scene and became combative with officers.  No officers were injured during the contact and the male was arrested for  resisting/obstructing. 

#036 Restraining Order Violation

Officers responded to Fry’s Electronics as a female called stating her ex-boyfriend, had followed her into the parking lot and was not allowing her to leave.  Upon arrival, the male was contacted and arrested for his restraining order violation.  He was taken to Santa Rita by Officer Oliveira.

#041 Warrant Arrest

A local hospital called as they had an unruly male in the ER who refused to leave after treatment and was swearing at hospital staff.  Officers Rose and Bordy provided him a ride to Santa Rita for his outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

#019 Auto Burglary 

Unknown suspect(s) broke into a vehicle parked near Target.  The suspect(s) stole a backpack and electronics.

#011 Warrant Arrest

Officer Carter observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Maple St. and Peralta Ave. Officer Carter contacted a male and learned that he had an outstanding warrant.  Officer Carter took the male into custody and booked him into the Fremont Jail without incident.

#005 Auto Burglary

Officers investigated an auto burglary in the 42200 block of Albrae St. Unknown suspect(s) pried open the rear cargo area on the victim’s truck.  Tools and electronics were stolen.

#007 Auto Burglary

Officers investigated an auto burglary in the 34000 blk of Dobson Way.  Unknown suspect(s) broke a window to a vehicle and stole personal items.

#026 Felony Warrant Service

Officer LaStrape assembled a team of Officers to coordinate a warrant service/ probation search in the 42600 block of Philadelphia Pl.  A male living at the residence had a felony arrest warrant.  The male was arrested for his warrant along with a female who had an outstanding warrant.  Both parties are booked in Fremont Jail without incident.

#005 Robbery

A victim is approached by an unknown suspect who asked him for a cigarette.  The suspect then punches the victim in the face and takes his wallet. The suspect is described as a Black male adult , 25-30 years old, 6’0, medium build, with a birthmark on his forehead, wearing a black hoodie and riding a skateboard southbound on Camden Ave. The loss was the victim’s wallet. Case investigated by Officer Stiers.

#015 Commercial Burglary

Officers were sent to an in progress commercial burglary at a business on Kaiser Drive.  The suspect was last seen driving away in a dark colored pickup truck.  A security guard is following up with surveillance footage.
