The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Benjamin F. Heyman: 2219 Henry Street
Christopher Gables: 1123/1125 N 14th Street or 930A Michigan Avenue, based on availability.
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Protection Safety Committee Meeting on Wednesday, May 2nd, at 4:00 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
