#004 Suspicious Circumstance Case
At 6:36 a.m., officers responded to the 40500 block of Albrae St. to investigate an incident where a chain link fence was cut.   A witness saw a male cutting the fence, but the suspect left on a bicycle when he realized he was being watched.  The suspect was described as a white male adult, 6’ tall, wearing all black clothing and carrying a backpack.  He was riding a black bicycle.  The business did not suffer any loss.  Officers searched the area, but did not locate the suspect.

#008 Mental Health Evaluation
At 8:28 a.m., officers responded to the report of a male walking in the area of Carol and Sherwood St. with a knife in his hand thrusting it into the air.  Units responded to the area and Horner Junior High was placed on lock-down due to the proximity to the school.  The male was contacted and complaint with officers in the area of Mahoney Ave and Carol Ave.  The male was placed on a mental health evaluation hold by Officer Tatola.

#038 DUI Arrest
At 5:37 p.m., officers responded to a collision in the 34700 block of Ardenwood Blvd. after the involved parties got into an argument. Officer found one of the involved parties to be intoxicated.  The 66 year old male was arrested for DUI.  Investigated by Traffic Officer Gregory
