#028 DUI Arrest

Officers responded to a non-injury collision involving a vehicle that struck a fire hydrant.  The driver, a 36 year old adult male was arrested for DUI.   Investigated by Ofc. Burch

#042 DUI Arrest

A reporting party called FPD after she observed a vehicle collide with the center median near Glenview Dr.  Officer Alexander located the vehicle and subsequently arrested a 59 year old adult male for DUI.  

There was a large turnout for tonight’s school district meeting.  FUSD staff initially called  to request help with the crowd.    The crowd was peaceful, but the building reached its capacity for the meeting.  Sgt. Griese responded with three patrol officers and she also requested for Fremont Fire to respond.  The crowd complied with our requests to make room in the hallways in case of an emergency. 

#032 Residential Burglary 

A victim in the 2500 block of Washington Blvd called 9-1-1 after a subject ran into her house.  She advised her purse and backpack were missing.  The suspect came in and exited through the back door.  Officers responded and set up a perimeter, however the suspect was not located.  Case investigated by Ofc. Rose.

Suspect: Unknown race male, 5’09”, average build, last seen wearing a black jacket.

#034 Residential Burglary

An alarm company called 9-1-1 to report an audible alarm from a residence im the 1700 block of Firth Ct.  As dispatch was entering the call, a second call came in from a neighbor who reported seeing a subject running out of the house and he was now chasing him.  The neighbor saw two subjects get into a gray Nissan Murano.  The suspects forced entry through the rear sliding door.  Officers arrived on scene and cleared the residence.  The suspects remain outstanding.  Case investigated by Ofc. Rose.
