Detectives and staff from several units in the Police Department worked on the sexual assault investigation that occurred at the Fremont Hub all day Saturday and into the night. Their hard work led to the identification of the suspect. Two midnight officers located the suspect in the 40500 block of Grimmer Blvd and made the arrest. The suspect was transported back to the PD where he met with detectives and was then booked.
This continues to be an ongoing investigation and we hope to have a more detailed release later in the day or early Monday.
