#005 and 006 Warrant Service and False Police Report
At 7:54 a.m., Officer Tatola located a 29 year old male who had been reported missing in front of his residence on Paseo Padre Pkwy.  Last week the male’s 19 year old girlfriend reported the male as missing and suicidal.   Substantial efforts were made to track down the male including requests from outside agencies.   Today the 19 year old female admitted she lied about the entire story in order to have FPD locate her boyfriend after an argument. The male was arrested for his outstanding warrant, and the female was cited for filing a false police report. 

#015 Warrant Service
At 10:16 a.m. Officer Sun arrested a 29 year old adult female for outstanding warrants during a disturbance call at Cloverleaf Bowl in the 40600 block of Fremont Blvd.

#021 Trespassing
At 10:59 a.m., Officer Franchi arrested a 27 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for trespassing and a probation violation at the Subway located in the 1900 block of Driscoll Rd.

#046 Driving on a Suspended License
At 11:03 p.m., Officer Gaziano initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver, a 32 year old adult female.  The female driver’s license was suspended, and she was arrested/cited.

#047 DUI Arrest
At 10:55 p.m., Traffic Officer Gregory conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fremont Blvd and Darwin Dr.  The 58 year old adult male driver was arrested for suspected DUI.   

#003 DUI Arrest
At 1:32 a.m., Officer Gerber initiated a traffic stop in the area of Mowery Ave and Farwell Dr.  and found the driver, a 55 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was driving under the influence. 

#005 DUI Arrest
At 2:25 a.m., Officer De Stefano conducted a traffic stop in the 5200 block of Mowry Ave and found the driver, a 55 year old adult male, Newark resident, was driving under the influence. 

#004 Battery
At 2:06 a.m., Officer Berrier investigated a felony battery that occurred outside in the 37300 block of Niles Blvd.  The victim was punch in the face by suspect #1, fell to the ground and was kicked in the face by suspect #2.  The victim was knocked unconscious when he was kicked.  Both S1 and S2 fled the area in a newer model, silver Honda Civic (or similar).  Due to the victim being unconscious, he was unable to recall the event and could not provide further details.  Witnesses at the scene provided the following suspect descriptions:
Suspect #1: Hispanic male Adult, mid 20's, 5'10-6'1 with an average build. Unknown clothing.
Suspect #2: Unknown race adult male, mid 20's, 5'8-5'10, dark curly shoulder length hair. Unknown clothing.

#009 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
At 8:15 a.m., Officer Kwok stopped a 33 year old adult male in the area of Fremont Blvd and Adams Ave and arrested him for possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

#006 Warrant Arrest
At 5:54 a.m., Officer Paiva and Blanchet responded to the area of Fremont Blvd and Irvington Ave on the report of people trespassing on private property.  Two men were contacted on the property.  One of the men, a 44 year old Fremont resident went to jail for two active warrants and for being in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

#018 Found Property
At 12:56 a.m., CSO Schwartz responded to Safeway Warm Springs regarding a wallet with $3,000 cash that the courtesy clerk located in the restroom yesterday.  The customer didn’t return to claim their wallet so the store called FPD today to assist.  CSO Schwartz was able to identify the owner and they responded to pick up their wallet.  Coincidentally, the owner of the wallet had just reported their vehicle stolen in San Jose and was relieved to find that her wallet was not in the stolen vehicle.

#012 Robbery (Estes)
Officer Scherer investigated an Estes Robbery that occurred at the Valero Gas Station on Grimmer Blvd.   The victim told dispatch that she witnessed the suspect stealing via CCTV and tried to block the door to prevent him from leaving.  The suspect pushed the victim and ran out of the store.  Officer Scherer located the 22 year old adult male suspect a short distance away and arrested him after he was ID’d via in-field. 

#026 Strong-Arm Robbery
Officer Rodarte began a strong arm robbery investigation at the Hub Target.  The reporting party was sitting in his car when the suspect stole some personal property.  The suspect was described as a black male adult in his 30’s.
 
#004 Warrant Service
Officer Carter made a traffic stop on a vehicle at the 7 Eleven on Decoto Rd.  He contacted a 23 year old male who was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for drug related offenses.  Officer Carter arrested the male for his warrant.

#005 Warrant Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest
Officer Carter attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Cabrillo Dr. and Gibraltor Dr.  A female passenger fled from the vehicle after throwing an object out of the car window.  The vehicle sped away and a foot pursuit ensued.  Officer Carter caught the female.  He arrested the 24 year old adult female for her outstanding felony vehicle theft warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

#038 Brandishing a Knife, Criminal Threats and a Probation Violation
Officers are dispatched to the Denny’s on Mowry Ave for a male attempting to rob a customer inside the restaurant at knifepoint.  A description was broadcast over the radio and Officer Carter located a male with a matching description, near the Dunkin Donuts across the street.  A positive in-field identification by the victim resulted in the arrest of 38 year old adult male for brandishing a knife, criminal threats and a probation violation.  Case investigated by Officer Calvin and FTO K. Samayoa.
