Five (5) reg. sex offenders petition PPSC on 9/27, 5:15 PM, City Hall, to reside @ various locations. 
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Protection and Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Martonez Wallace- 1123/1125 N 14th Street or 930A Michigan Avenue
Sovann Soun-1123/1125 N 14th Street or 930A Michigan Avenue
Benjamin T. Baumann- 525 N 15th Street
Phillip Shawn Cheney- 2220 N 15th Street
Shawn Heule- 1721 Ashland Avenue
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Protection Safety Committee Meeting on Wednesday, September 27th, at 5:15 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
