Man Wanted for Exposing Himself - North County Beach Areas

Be on the lookout for a man who drives a white van wanted for exposing himself and inappropriate touching in the North County.

The first incident happened on May 6th in the 4000 block of Vista De La Tierra in Solana Beach. He grabbed a woman from behind as she walked past him. The woman was able to run away.

The second incident happened on May 8th as a woman was jogging along the17000 block of El Vuelo in Rancho Santa Fe. The van slowly drove past her and stopped. The driver then got out of the van and exposed himself. The jogger was able to run away.

The women describe the driver as 5'5" to 5'8" in height, weighing 150 to 200 pounds, between 20 to 30 years old with black hair and is clean shaven.

The white van with no windows is similar to the ones you see in this message.

There might be other victims out there and we urge them to come forward. Call the Sheriff's Sexual Assault Unit during business hours at (858) 974-2316.

Anyone with information about these crimes can call Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477. You can remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to a felony arrest.
