SAVE THE DATE! - You are cordially invited to a Safety Fair hosted by the Fremont Police Department on Saturday, June 11, 2016. The free event is open to the public and will be held outdoors in the large parking lot just west of the police campus (between the police building and Fremont Main Library) between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The event will feature safety booths, activities for kids, giveaways, crime prevention seminars, child safety seat inspections and allow the public to get an up close and personal look at police cars, motorcycles, fire trucks and our new K9 tracking dog team. We have invited several partners to join us, including the Fremont Fire Department, BART Police, CHP and Washington Hospital. Food Truck Mafia will feature five food trucks and will donate a portion of their proceeds to Special Olympics Northern California.
