#011 Stolen Vehicle

At 8:33 a.m., a concerned reporting party called FPD to report a suspicious vehicle parked on the 100 block of Mission Rd.  Dispatch ran the plate and learned that it was a stolen vehicle out of San Ramon.  Marked units attempted a felony stop on the parked vehicle.  The driver initially refused to exit the vehicle and after two minutes, the vehicle fled down towards Mission Blvd.  Marked units pursued the vehicle for approximately two minutes before the monitoring Sergeant terminated the pursuit.  The vehicle was seen fleeing northbound on Mission Blvd.  The vehicle was a 1998 Acura TL, 4dr, white in color, CA license #4UIJ550. The suspect driver was described as a Hispanic male adult in his 20’s wearing a grey hoody.  The passenger was a Hispanic female adult.   Documented by Officer Nordseth.   

#035 Driving on a Suspended License

At 5:51 p.m., Officer Crow and FTO Harvey conducted a traffic stop in the area of Cleveland Court and Farwell Drive for a vehicle code violation.  In addition to the vehicle code, the 25 year old adult male driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license.  He was cite released at the scene and provided with a notice to appear.   

#001 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 12:05 a.m., Officer Collins conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Robin St./ Blacow Rd.  During the stop, he contacts a 23 year old adult male, Fremont resident who had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for his arrest.  The male is also found to be in possession of narcotics.  Ward is arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and his warrant.  He is booked at the Fremont Jail.

#043 Assault with a Deadly Weapon

At 9:39 p.m., a reporting party calls to report a fight between two males, one of whom has a knife, on the 4200 block of Bay Street.  Dispatch receives multiple calls as officers are responding.   One involved party is contacted walking away and is detained.  After the investigation is concluded, it appears that the suspect went to an apartment to confront the residents and pushed his way in the door with a knife.  The 43 year old adult male suspect was intoxicated and fell when he tried to stab one of the occupants, causing him to drop the knife.  The male suspect had injuries that were treated at a local hospital before being booked for assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and criminal threats.  The other involved party had minor injuries that did not require medical treatment.  The knife was collected and booked into evidence at the PD.  Case investigated by Officer Carter and FTO Macciola.
