Incidents 298 Reports 36

#007 Warrant Arrest

Officer Davis and FTO Settle stopped a 39-year-old adult female driver near Mowry and Cherry and arrested her on an outstanding suspended license warrant. Since she still had a suspended license, her car followed her to jail.

#013 Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales Arrest

Officer Rose on-viewed a vehicle driving very fast through the Cabrillo neighborhood. A stop was initiated and officers made contact with the driver and passenger. The 38-year-old adult male passenger, Fremont resident, is in possession of approximately 1.5 oz of methamphetamine, as well as some cocaine, heroin, and a meth pipe. Further investigation unearthed baggies and assorted cash. The male is arrested for possession of a controlled substances, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance for sales.

#017 Restraining Order Violation and Warrant Arrest

At 11:15 a.m., Officer Davis and FTO Settle responded to an address off of Old Canyon Rd and found a 46 year old adult female camping in the backyard. The female was restrained from the address and also had an outstanding warrant on that same court order. The female is arrested.

#018 Stolen Vehicle Recovery and Arrest

At 12:24 p.m., On-Star called about a reported stolen vehicle in the Ardenwood neighborhood. The vehicle is located in a garage near the area of Deep Creek and Shylock where the resident just happened to have an outstanding felony warrant for… vehicle theft. Contact is made and a 28-year-old adult female, Fremont resident is arrested for possession of stolen property and her outstanding warrant.

#034 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 7:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a transient either putting a body into a dumpster or assaulting someone in the 38400 block of Fremont Blvd. They arrive to find a 33-year-old adult male at the end of a driveway yelling and throwing items around, but no one else was around. After investigating, officers arrest the male for possession of drug paraphernalia.

#037 Injury Collision

At 10:18 p.m., officers were dispatched to an auto vs. pedestrian collision at Fremont Blvd and Washington Blvd. The female pedestrian was transported to a regional trauma center with minor injuries. Case investigated by Officer Piol.

#003 Warrant Arrest

At 6:48 a.m., Officer Burch and FTO Foster were conducting a security check at the Fremont Main Library on Stevenson Blvd. when they contacted and arrested a 36-year-old adult male for misdemeanor warrants.

#006 Warrant Arrest

Officer Wong and FTO Ehling served a 45-year-old adult male with an arrest warrant, in the 3800 block of Howe Ct.

#007 Warrant Arrest

Officer Burch and FTO Foster were checking on an abandoned house in the area of Roberts Ave and Carol when they contacted a 37-year-old adult male and arrested him for a warrant.

#024 DUI Arrest and Battery on a Police Officer

At 8:35 p.m., Traffic Officers Tran and Sasser stop a vehicle in the area of Grimmer Blvd. and Paseo Padre Pkwy that ran a red light. They made contact with the female driver and observed signs of alcohol intoxication. The 20-year-old adult female, Pleasanton resident is argumentative during the contact. After a field sobriety test, she is arrested for drunk driving. Once in the back of the patrol vehicle, officers hear her making spitting sounds. They decide that in order to prevent contamination, that they will use a spit hood. When they open the patrol vehicle door, she spits on the side of one officer’s face. She is arrested for DUI and battery on a police officer. Her passenger, a 21-year-old adult male, Pleasanton resident is also arrested for public intoxication. The female is transported to Santa Rita.

#025 Driving on a Suspended License

At 7:30 p.m., Officers Gregory and Stillitano stop a vehicle in the area of Almeria Ave and East Las Palmas. Officers run the registration for the vehicle and learn that the license plate belongs to a different vehicle. The vehicle has expired registration of more than a year. In the end, the 36-year-old male driver is arrested for unlawful display of false registration and driving on a suspended license. His 30-year-old female passenger is arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

#028 Commercial Burglary

At 7:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a commercial burglary in progress on the 34100 block of Ardenwood Blvd. The reporting party states that he is watching video surveillance remotely and that a building representative was responding. Officers arrived on scene and meet with the building representative who confirms that a white service type van in the parking lot does not belong to the business or any employees. The representative then shows officers an alert she received on her phone from a Nest DropCam video surveillance camera that shows there was a male who was not supposed to be in the building. At 8:02 p.m., movement of the front door is seen, but officers don’t see the male enter or exit. They conduct a search inside the building but don’t locate anyone. At 11:30 p.m., K9 Niko alerted to a group of bushes, where a subject is found lying on the ground. The 52-year-old adult male, Paradise resident is arrested for commercial burglary.

#005 Armed- Robbery

Officers investigated a robbery that occurred at the 7-11 on Farwell Drive just before 5:10 a.m. The suspects are described as two Hispanic male adults, wearing scarves to cover their faces, and one brandished a knife at the clerk and demanded money. The two suspects are last seen fleeing on foot and no vehicle is seen. Milpitas PD advises of a similar robbery that occurred just prior in their city with two Hispanic male adults with a knife who fled in a white sedan.

#006 Public Intoxication Arrest

At 7:09 a.m., Officer San Luis responded to the 35600 block of Fremont Blvd regarding a subject who was disoriented. The 50-year-old adult male, San Leandro resident was contacted and arrested for being drunk in public.

#015 Battery/Suspicious Circumstances

At 9:50 a.m., a local hospital called regarding a patient who said he was injured by being hit on the head by what he suspected to be a gun. The patient said he was injured at the Saddle Rack around midnight, but he gave limited details. Officer Wong and FTO Ehling investigated and documented the incident.

#020 Gun Call

A citizen reported a man with a gun in the area of Blacow Rd and Mowry Ave. The man was located in possession of a replica BB gun. Officer Rose contacted the man and he was sent to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

#002 Verified Alarm

Security calls to report they have an alarm activation and video of a male subject inside of a building which is under construction on the 47000 block of Bayside Pkwy. Officers respond to the scene and based on the alarm it is determined the suspect had exited already. The lockbox on the front of the business had been broken off and the key to the building stolen. The suspect is described as wearing a black beanie, grey coat and black jeans.

#003 Stolen Vehicle

A black 1996 Honda Civic 2-Door, CA License #3RRG601 was reported stolen from Greenbrier Park Drive.

The midnight shift dealt with multiple flooding calls throughout the early morning hours. CalTrans was called out for significant flooding at Mission / Stevenson under the tracks and at approximately 5:00 a.m., officers were sent to Niles Canyon and closed it down due to a landslide and large falling rocks.

#005 Commercial Burglary

Officers investigated a commercial burglary that occurred on the 3900 block of Stevenson Blvd some time during the night. Entry was made through a shattered front door. No suspect information. Investigated by Officer Nordseth.

#015 Public Intoxication Arrest

At 3:09 p.m., Officer Nordseth responded to the Fremont Skate Park regarding a batter in-progress involving 15 people. Officers make contact with the group and determine that the instigator of the fight was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Officers arrested a 27-year-old adult male, San Francisco resident for being drunk in public.

#022 Road Rage Incident - Battery

At 7:11 p.m., officers responded to a road rage incident near Niles Canyon and Mission Blvd. Officers learn that a male suspect had thrown a glass soda bottle at the female victim through her open driver’s window. The suspect then fled eastbound into the canyon. A broadcast of the vehicle description is relayed over the radio and Detective Stone picks up the suspect vehicle on Hwy 84 between I680 and Livermore. A traffic stop is conducted and the driver pulls over into the parking lot at Independence Park/Kellman Fields in Livermore. The 36 year old adult male suspect (Livermore resident) is positively identified and arrested by Officer Soper for battery and throwing a substance at a vehicle. The female victim complains of pain, but refuses medical aid.

#002 Suspended License Arrest

At 11:56 p.m., Officer Fuellenbach conducted a traffic stop in the area of Blacow Rd. and Grimmer Blvd. The 44-year-old adult male, Fremont resident was cite/released for driving on a suspended license. #003 Possession of illegal weapons, burglary tools, paraphernalia and warrant Arrest At 12:20 a.m., Officer Hernandez conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Fremont Blvd and Stevenson Blvd. The 49-year-old adult male was found to have two warrants. He was also in possession of illegal weapons, burglary tools and a meth pipe.
