The Lockport Police Department has activated the ability to obtain overnight parking approval via our website (www.lockportpolice.info). Residents can go to the website and click the Overnight Parking Registration button, which is on the left side of the home screen near the bottom. Residents are asked to fully complete the form and submit it for approval. Residents will only hear back if their request is denied.
There is a five day limit to each request, and each vehicle must be entered individually to be approved. All street parking, including overnight, is prohibited when there is two or more inches of snowfall.
Through the end of the year, residents will still be able to call the Police Department non-emergency line for parking approval. After January 1st, residents will be directed to the online registration system,
