#007 Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia
Officer Ramsey stopped an adult male at the Delaware 7-eleven and cited him for being in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.
#010 Theft and Warrant Arrest
Officer Montojo investigated a theft that occurred at the CVS located at Mission Ranch. The 44 year old adult female suspect was tracked down at her house and was arrested for the theft. While at the home, a 19 year old adult male was found to have a warrant and was arrested as well. Case investigated by Officer. Montojo.
#013 Residential Burglary Arrests
At 10:18 a.m., a residential burglary was reported by a neighbor on Cornish Dr. Detectives MacDonald, Stone and Johnson located the suspect vehicle on Wyndam and a short vehicle pursuit began until the suspects drove down a dead end. Two suspects were apprehended at the vehicle and two suspects ran from the vehicle jumping a residential fence. A perimeter was set and the outstanding two suspects were located hiding in the alley behind Rite-Aid at Fremont/Decoto. The suspects were likely responsible for a couple burglaries that occurred earlier in the day and detectives are investigating whether they are responsible for others that have occurred in recent weeks.
#021 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officer Goepp and FTO Layfield arrested a 24 year old adult male for being drunk in public.
#026 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officer K. Samayoa arrested a 66 year old adult male for being drunk in public.
#002 DUI Arrest
Officer Oliveira conducted a traffic stop near the area of Osgood and Prune Avenue. The adult male driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.
#003 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officer Liu contacted an adult male near the area of Fremont and Peralta. In accordance with the man's probation terms, a search of his person was conducted. The search revealed that the male was in possession of a controlled substance and he was arrested for the same.
