#004 Battery Arrest
At 8:26 a.m., Officer Davis and FTO Settle investigated a disturbance at a grocery store in the 3900 block of Washington Blvd. The reporting party stated that an adult male had locked himself inside a bathroom and appeared to be possibly under the influence of something. The caller then updated dispatch and stated the male left the bathroom and threw an orange at a male victim before going outside. Officer Davis located the 42 year old adult male suspect and arrested him battery.
#030 Robbery
At 5:40 p.m., a robbery was reported in the area of Portola Dr. and Cabrillo Dr. A 53 year old adult female was walking on westbound Alder Ave at Polvorosa Court at approximately 4:00 p.m., when an unknown male and female walked up and asked to see her gold jewelry. Fearing for her safety and scared, she complied with the male suspect and he left (with the female) in a red van with her jewelry. The female victim was not injured. The male suspect was described as a Hispanic in his 30’s, wearing a pair of white framed prescription glasses and had braces on his teeth. The female was described as a Hispanic female, approximately 40 years old, 5’2”, 130 lbs., with brown hair in a ponytail.
#027 Public Intoxication Arrest
At approximately 4:30 p.m., Officer Wong and FTO Foster were dispatched to investigate a disturbance between two subjects who were drinking in front of a liquor store located on the 3100 block of Walnut Ave. Officers arrived and met with security who advised he had asked the parties to leave the property. During the contact, officers arrested a 30 year old adult female for public intoxication. The female was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
#002 Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving on a Suspended License
At approximately 1:40 a.m., Officer J. Roberts made a traffic stop in the area of Margery Dr and School Ct. During the stop he conducted a search of the 42 year old adult male, in accordance with his probation terms and arrested the male for being in possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, possession of suspected methamphetamine and for driving with a suspended license.
#005 Warrant Service
At 2:56 a.m., Officer J. Roberts conducted a traffic stop in the area of Automall Pkwy and I880 and arrested a 25 year old adult female for an active warrant.
#006 DUI Arrest
At approximately 5:30 a.m., Officer J. Roberts responded to the 5600 block of Automall Pkwy near Boscell Rd on the report of a possible collision. Officer Roberts located the vehicle on the center median and the 26 year old adult male driver was arrested for DUI.
