Incidents 275 Reports 34

#008 Warrant Arrest

At approximately 7:15 a.m., Officer Dias conducted a vehicle stop during traffic saturation at Automall and Grimmer.  The driver, a 26 year old adult female was arrested for her two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. 

#020 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At approximately 10:50 a.m., Officer Wong and FTO Foster contacted a subject at the HUB.  A 57 year old adult male was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia after a probation search.

#011 Commercial Burglary

Officers investigated a window smash burglary at a business located on the 34700 block of Ardenwood Blvd.  Loss was cash from the cash register.  Case investigated by Officer Wong and FTO Foster.

#013 Stolen Vehicle

A 1997 black Toyota Avalon, California license plate #4NAJ625 was stolen from the 39800 block of Sundale Dr.  Case investigated by Officer Ehling.

#023 Auto Burglary

At approximately 12:40 p.m., a vehicle was broken into on the 43600 block of Pacific Commons Blvd.  Possible suspect vehicle was an older gold Ford Taurus or similar (possibly a Buick).  Suspects were described as two black males.  Case investigated by Officer Chinn.

#038 Warrant Arrest 

At approximately 10:00 p.m., Officer Roberts conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Fremont Blvd and Peralta.  A 21 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was arrested for two no bail warrants.

#040 Driving on a Suspended License and with an open container

Officer Catassi conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sundale and Bidwell.  During the stop, officers observed an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle.  The driver was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, driving with a suspended license and driving with an open alcohol container in the vehicle. 

#003 DUI Arrest

At 12:50 a.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a solo vehicle collision in the 500 block of Old Canyon Rd.  Officer Piol located the collision and the 25 year old adult female driver (Fremont resident) was arrested for DUI. 

#004 Armed Robbery

An unknown suspect pointed a silver hand gun at the clerk of the Kwik and Convenient Market on Walnut St and stole cash from the register.  Case investigated by Officer Hartman.

#007 DUI Arrest

At 3:07 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Dominici Dr. and Meyers Ct on the report of tires screeching and a possible collision.  Officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle in the middle of Dominici Drive parked diagonal across the road blocking both lanes of traffic.  The axle of the vehicle was snapped and the airbags had deployed.  The driver tried to walk away and was not cooperative with officers.  The 25 year old adult male driver (Redwood City resident) was arrested for DUI.

#012 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

Officer Richards conducted a parole search on a 22 year old adult male at Motel 6 north. Officer Richards arrested the male for a parole violation and for possession of controlled substances (heroin and cocaine).

#019 Public Intoxication Arrest

At 12:16 p.m., Officer Davis and FTO Settle conducted a vehicle stop on a bicyclist and arrested the 58 year old adult male, for public intoxication.

#014 Public Intoxication Arrest

Wong and FTO Foster responded to the area of Fremont and Washington regarding a report of an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance. Officer Wong and FTO Foster arrested a 59 year old adult female, Fremont resident, for public intoxication.

#017 Stolen Vehicle Arrest

Officer Chinn investigated the theft of a vehicle.  After about two hours, EBRPD air unit received a Lojack hit and assisted Fremont units in locating the vehicle occupied by the suspect.  A 51 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was arrested.

#027 Residential Burglary

Officers investigated a residential burglary on the 100 block of Totem Ct.    Suspects forcibly entered a house under construction and stole the contractor’s tools.  Investigated by CSO Baca. 

#034 Warrant Arrest

At about 9:30 a.m., officer Roberts conducted a traffic stop in the area of Mowry and Argonaut. The driver, a 48 year old adult male, San Leandro resident, is found to have an outstanding traffic warrant out of San Francisco. The male is arrested /cited for his warrant.

#036 Commercial Burglary

Officers investigated a commercial burglary that occurred on Kato Road.  The victim reported that the storage unit in the rear of the business was burglarized. Case investigated by Officer Meredith

#002 Public Intoxication Arrest

While officers were conducting a security check of the Saddle Rack they made contact with an intoxicated male fighting with security. Officer Meredith arrested a 27 year old adult male, Frenchcamp resident, for public intoxication.

Incident #P15099653 Outside Assist

At approximately 11:38 p.m., Newark PD requested expedited cover for assistance with a large party. Several Fremont units responded to assist.  Fremont Police provided front security while Newark Police conducted their investigation. No further action was taken by Fremont police.

#020 Commercial Burglary

At 7:24 p.m., an in-progress commercial burglary is called in on Encyclopedia Circle. The caller advised he had just installed video surveillance after his business was recently burglarized and was watching a suspect attempt entry again.  Officers arrived and the suspect was gone.

#002 DUI Arrest

At 11:56 p.m., a security guard in the area of Boyce/ Auto Mall reported that a male was passed out in a vehicle that was running. Officer Piol arrived and made contact with the driver, a 28 year old adult male, Calistoga resident.  The male is arrested for DUI and booked Fremont Jail.

#004 Unlicensed Driver

Officer Hartman made a traffic stop in the area of Stevenson/Sundale. The driver is arrested/cited for being an unlicensed driver.

#006 DUI Arrest

At 2:36 a.m., Officer Piol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Margery and Fremont. The driver, a 38 year old adult male, is arrested for DUI and booked into the Fremont Jail.

#030 Attempt Residential Burglary

An attempt residential burglary occurred on Ariel Ave.   A male suspect attempted to open the door to residence and is seen in the rear yard.  The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 20-30 years old with short brown hair, 5’10, medium build and wearing gray hooded sweatshirt. Investigated by Officer L. Kennedy.

#033 Residential Burglary

A resident returns home after approximately 45 minutes to find their rear patio door smashed on the 34300 block of Tupelo Street. Loss is computer products. Investigated by CSO Potter.

#003 Residential Burglary

A resident returns from vacation to find their home ransacked. Entry was made through the side door. Investigated by Officer Meredith.
