#013 Under the Influence Arrest
At 6:30 a.m., Officer Nordseth responded to a disturbance on the 39400 block of Fremont Blvd. and contacted a 44 year old Newark resident. He found the male was under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested him for the same.
Warrant Arrest
Officer Zargham was conducting a security check at Motel Six north. He contacted an adult female, Oakland resident and found that she was wanted for identity theft. She was arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail.
#022 Commercial Burglary
At 10:00 a.m., Officer Ramsey investigated a commercial burglary on the 43100 block of Sumter Ave. During the night, unknown suspect(s) broke the glass front door and stole money from the register.
#039 Strong-Arm Robbery
At 2:41 p.m., security from Target (39200 block of Fremont Blvd) tried stopping three suspects from stealing items in the store. When confronted, they pushed and threatened the security personnel. They fled in a silver Hyundai four door. Suspects were two black male adults and a black female adult. Officer arrived, but could not locate the suspects.
#004 Possession of Burglary Tools
At 1:20 a.m., Officer Latimer and FTO Macciola conducted a pedestrian stop on subjects behind a building on the 40900 block of Fremont Blvd. A probation search was conducted on the subjects. A 31 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was found to be in possession of burglary tools and was arrested for same.
#001 Indecent Exposure
At 12:36 a.m., Officer Fuellenbach was detailed to the 41100 block of Fremont Blvd regarding a male subject exposing himself to people at a business. The subject fled prior to police arriving. The suspect was described as a white male adult, 25-26 years old, 6', 250 lbs, with shoulder length blonde hair, green eyes, last seen wearing a white short sleeve t-shirt and grey pants. Investigation continuing.
