Incidents 428 Reports 51

 

#042 Residential Burglary

Officers investigate a residential burglary on the 35000 block of Linda Dr.  Unknown suspect(s) made entry by climbing through a window.  At the time of the report, the loss was unknown.   CSO Goralczyk investigating. 

#041 Residential Burglary

Officers responded to the 4200 block of Bidwell Dr. to investigate a residential burglary.  Unknown suspect(s) made entry through an unlocked window.  Loss was collector coins.

#032 Residential Burglary

Officers responded to the 37000 block of Lavender Co. to investigate a residential burglary.  Unknown suspect(s) made entry by smashing a rear window.  Loss reported was jewelry.  CSO Goralczyk is investigating.

#045 Public Intoxication 

A reporting party calls stating a subject was going to shoot people at a Niles Community Center.   Officers locate the involved party at Second St. and H St. and determine he is intoxicated and unable to care for himself.  While being detained, the male becomes uncooperative and needs to be placed in a wrap.  He is transported to Santa Rita for booking.  

#048 Shots Fired - Possible Fireworks

At 9:09 p.m., a caller reports that someone shot at him in the area of Mowry Ave and Mission Blvd.  A second caller in the area reports that they too heard possible shots being fired.  Officers respond to the area and close down Mowry Ave, between Mission and Cherry, for approximately one hour to investigate.  No victims were located and officers were unable to locate evidence of gun shots.  Officers cleared brush and opened up areas along the railroad tracks to conduct their search.  A couple of people in the area believed it was fireworks.  Sgt. Samayoa was the incident commander.  

#001 Warrant Service

At 12:08 a.m., Officer Lawrence located and arrested a 50 year old adult female at Motel 6 north for a warrant. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail.

#002  DUI/Collision

At 12:24 a.m., officers responded to a collision in the area of Stevenson and Gallaudet.  Upon arrival they located the driver, a 23 year adult male, and arrest him for DUI.  Officer Macciola investigated the collision.

#006 Commercial Burglary

At 4:59 a.m., officers responded to an alarm on the 39900 block of Mission Blvd.  The owner arrives at 5:07 a.m., and while waiting for officers, witnesses several subjects exiting the rear of the store. The subjects are then begin checking other business doors.  Officers arrive and detain four subjects at their vehicle across from the business. The subjects were in possession of bolt cutters, burglary tools and loss from the business. Three additional businesses were also tampered with.  Detectives were contacted to assist patrol and the investigation remains ongoing.
