#012 Suspicious Vehicle Arrest
At 12:27pm, Officer Boyd observed a suspicious vehicle in the Gateway Plaza shopping center. A records check of the vehicle revealed it had been reported stolen out of Santa Clara on 07/11/15. A felony car stop was conducted and three persons were detained. The male driver (42 years old/San Jose) was ultimately arrested for a parole violation. The investigation is still ongoing.
#032 Unlicensed Driver
At 11:21pm, Officer Wilson conducted a vehicle stop near Osgood/Washington and contacted the male driver. The male (23 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested/cited for driving without a license.
#033 Warrant Arrest
At 11:44pm, Officer Taylor conducted a vehicle stop in the 39000 block of Fremont and contacted the female driver. The female (49 years old/Hayward) was ultimately arrested/cited for an outstanding warrant.
#003 Driving Under the Influence Arrest
At 1:45am, Officer Hartman conducted a vehicle stop near Bidwell/Fremont and contacted the male driver. The male (23 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence.
#004 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest
At 3:26am, Officer Piol contacted a male in the 500 block of Brown. The male (30 years old/San Jose) was ultimately arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
