Officers were dispatched to a report of male acting strangely who was holding a hammer and a brick, at Yellowstone and Griffith. Officers contacted Hansen and had EMS check him. When officers tried to place Hansen into protective custody, Hansen became combative with officers and ran off. Officers chased Hansen, caught him, he was again combative and he was arrested.
