Incidents 485 Reports 37

#005 Commercial Burglary

Between 5:00pm on 06/18/15 and 7:45am on 06/19/2015, unknown suspect(s) entered a business in the 46000 block of Fremont by prying the front door.  The loss was over $4000.00 in equipment.

#006 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

At 9:41am, Officer Nordseth conducted a pedestrian stop near Niles/H on a male (36 years old/Hayward).  The male was ultimately arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.  

#25 Unlicensed Driver

At 3:09pm, Officer Navas conducted a vehicle stop near Anza/Mission and contacted the male driver (54 years old/San Jose).  The male was ultimately cited for driving without a license.

#026 Illegal Possession of Handguns Arrest

At 2:48pm, Officer Lawrence was dispatched to a report of suspicious circumstances at Motel 6 North.  Officer Lawrence arrived in the parking lot and contacted a male (37 years old) who was sitting in vehicle.  Officer Lawrence ultimately arrested the male for illegal possession of four handguns and possession of concentrated cannabis.

#027 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 4:59pm, Officer Haugh was dispatched to a report of a person down near the 41000 block of Fremont.  A citizen called to report they observed a female who appeared to be passed out.  Officer Haugh located the known female (59 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested her for being drunk in public.

#037 Injury Collision

At 10:10pm, Sergeant Morrison was waved down in the area of Stevenson/Sundale regarding an auto vs a pedestrian collision.  A female adult was struck by a vehicle as she crossed Stevenson.  She suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a trauma center for treatment.

#002 Hit and Run with Injury

At about 12:04am, Officer Hernandez was dispatched to the area of Central/Blacow regarding a collision that had just occurred.  The reporting party had a complaint of pain, which did not require immediate medical attention.  The three males who were in the other vehicle fled on foot, leaving their vehicle at the scene.   Officers checked the area, but were unable to locate the subjects. 

#003 Possession of a Controlled Substance / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

At 1:00am, Officer Stinson conducted a pedestrian stop on two known males (29 years old & 59 years old/Fremont) in the area of Washington/Osgood.  A probation search of each male revealed they were in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  Both men were arrested.

#009 Commercial Burglary

Between 11:00pm on 06/19/15 and 7:30am on 06/20/15, unknown suspect(s) entered a business in the 39000 block of Paseo Padre by smashing a glass window.  The loss was cash.

#010 Commercial Burglary

Between 7:00pm on 06/19/15 and 8:40am on 06/20/15, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 39000 block of Civic Center by smashing a glass window.  The loss was cash.

#026 Warrant Arrest

At 2:20pm, Officer Dias conducted a warrant service in the 4000 block of Glenwood.  Officer Dias contacted a female (36 years old/Fremont) and arrested her for multiple outstanding warrants.

#039 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 7:08pm, officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at Starbucks on Mowry/Fremont.  Officers arrived and contacted a male (49 years old/San Francisco) who was ultimately arrested for being drunk in public.

#043 Warrant Arrest / Resisting Arrest

At 10:29pm, Officer Madsen conducted a vehicle stop near Fremont/Nicolet on a known male (23 years old/Fremont).  The male stopped his vehicle and fled on foot.  The male was eventually located and arrested for an outstanding warrant and resisting arrest.

#045 Residential Burglary

Between 6:00pm and 8:15pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 150 block of Pagosa by climbing through a window on the roof.  The loss was electronics, cash and clothing.

#046 Possession of a Controlled Substance

At 11:12pm, officers were dispatched to the Walgreens on Mowry regarding a male who was riding his bicycle towards people and acting strange.  Officer Taylor located the male (34 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested him for being in possession of suspected methamphetamine.

#004 Driving Under the Influence

At 2:30am, Officer Hartman conducted a vehicle stop near Blacow/Mowry and contacted the female driver (28 years old/Hayward).  The female was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence.

#005 Under the Influence Arrest

At 2:26am, Officer Taylor contacted a female (24 years old/Fremont) in the 600 block of Posada.  The female was ultimately arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#006 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 3:29am, Officer Madsen contacted a male (32 years old/Fremont) in the 600 block of Posada.  The male was ultimately arrested for being in possession of suspected methamphetamine.

#014 Warrant Arrest

At 10:00am, Officers Goepp and Richards conducted a security check at Motel 6 North.  They contacted a female (21 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested her for multiple outstanding warrants.

#018 Warrant Arrest

At 12:06pm, Officer Foster contacted a male (55 years old/Fremont) who was in an illegally parked vehicle.  The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.

#029 Unlicensed Driver

At 6:29pm, Officer Catassi conducted a vehicle stop near Fremont/Eugene and contacted the male driver (43 years old/Fremont).  The male was ultimately cited for driving without a license.

#032 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 7:23pm, Officer Taylor conducted a pedestrian stop on a male (43 years old/Fremont) near Bay/Grimmer.  The male was ultimately arrested for being drunk in public.
