#006 Warrant Arrest
At 9:00am, Officer Dias contacted a female (37 years old/Corona) in the 4100 block of Cushing. The female was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.
#035 Residential Burglary
Between 7:45am and 6:45pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 43000 block of Gallegos through an unlocked bathroom window. The loss was cash.
#002 Disorderly Conduct Arrest
At 12:33am, a victim called for assistance after discovering an unknown male in her house. Officers responded Code 3 and detained an intoxicated male who entered the home via an unlocked front door, disrobed and went to sleep in a bed. The male (32 years old/Akron, OH) was arrested for disorderly conduct.
#004 Promiscuous Shooting
At 2:45am, Dispatch received multiple reports of shots fired in the area of Sutter/Calaveras. Officers arrived on scene and found approximately 9 shell casings spread over a 200 yard area. No victims were found and no damage to cars or houses was located. Officer Dooley investigated the incident.

#10 & #011 Stolen Vehicle
During the night, a Kimber Park resident’s 1997 Honda was stolen from the 39500 Block of Benavente. The owner found his vehicle abandoned near the entrance to Kimber Woods. Then, another Kimber Park resident’s vehicle, a 1999 Acura, was stolen from the 40300 block of Dolerita. This morning an alert Park Ranger at Mt. Hamilton Park in San Jose noticed two persons stripping the Acura stolen from Dolerita. The Santa Clara County Sherriff’s Office arrested both suspects for auto theft. Cases investigated by Officer Sasser & CSO Anders.
#013 Warrant Arrest
At 12:56pm, Officer Montojo was dispatched to a report of several persons behind Washington High School. Officer Montojo contacted a female (56 years old) and found that she had an outstanding felony warrant. The female was arrested.
#030 Disorderly Conduct Arrest
At 9:44pm, a female called 9-1-1 from the Rancho Sol Apartments to report that an unknown, very intoxicated, male entered her apartment and took a seat at her dinner table. Officers Roberts and Hunt responded and arrested the male (27 years old/Fremont) for being too intoxicated to care for himself.
#001 Driving Under the Influence Arrest
At 12:04am, Officer Hernandez conducted a vehicle stop near Fremont/Peralta and contacted the male driver (60 years old/Fremont). The male was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence.

#008 Strong Arm Robbery
At 10:25am, Officer Kindorf was dispatched to the Safeway in Warm Springs for a robbery. The suspect entered the store and jumped the pharmacy counter. He proceeded directly to where a liquid form of codeine was located and grabbed two and a half bottles. The suspect fled the store out of the emergency exit doors. The suspect was described as a white male in his mid to late 20s, about 5-foot-4 and 150 to 170 pounds with short dirty blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue jeans.
#013 Arson
At 1:24pm, Officer Francisco was dispatched to an arson that occurred earlier in the morning at a business in the 37000 block of Fremont. The fire was contained to the one business and no other businesses were affected/damaged. The case is still being investigated.
#020 Disorderly Conduct
At 4:19pm, officers were dispatched to Lake Elizabeth on the report of a battery involving multiple persons. Upon arrival, four persons were detained. Ultimately, two males (20 years old/Reno and 23 years old/Carsoc) were arrested for being drunk in public.
#031 Driving on a Suspended License
At 8:10pm, Officer Richards conducted a vehicle stop near Thornton/Fremont and contacted the male driver (38 years old/San Francisco). The male was ultimately cited for driving with a suspended license.
#024 Robbery
At 5:32pm, officers were dispatched to residence on Roberts where a resident physically confronted a suspect trying to steal items from her backyard. The suspect fled the scene on an orange and black GMC street bicycle. The suspect was described as a bi-racial male, 40’s, scruffy facial hair, possible injuries to his face and wearing a black back pack. Case investigated by Officer Haugh.
#026 Vandalism
Minutes after the above robbery, officers were dispatched to Osgood on the report a subject who vandalized a vehicle by kicking it. The suspect matched the above robbery description and fled the scene on an orange and black bicycle. Case investigated by Officer Fuellenbach.
#037 Driving on a Suspended License
At 10:57pm, Officers Roberts and Hunt conducted a vehicle stop near Cadiz/Nicolet and contacted the male driver (22 years old/Fremont). The male was ultimately arrested for driving with a suspended license.
#003 Warrant Arrest
At 2:22am, officers responded to the Rick Mark Center where a known male (52 years old/Fremont) was causing a disturbance. Officers Bordy and Macciola contacted the male and arrested him for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
