#018 Residential Burglary Arrest
A reporting party calls to report that he believes his neighbor’s house is being burglarized. As patrol officers arrive at the front of the residence they observe a suspicious vehicle leaving the area. The driver of the vehicle is detained and later determined to be involved in the burglary. Additional officers and detectives responded to the area and setup a containment area. Detective MacDonald and Detective R. Smith locate a male fleeing from a front yard. The male is detained and it's determined that he is also involved. Several additional yards are cleared utilizing Officer Layfield and K9 Kalimero, but no additional suspects are located. Special thanks to the Traffic Unit, SROs, and Detectives for all responding to assist. Arrested for burglary are a 19 year old adult male and a 17 year old male juvenile.
#026 Residential Burglary
Officers took a cold burglary report on the 4000 block of Omar. The unknown suspect(s) kicked open the front door.
#042 Strong-Arm Robbery
Officers responded to a strong-arm robbery on the 36000 block of Fremont Blvd. Two suspects held a male victim down and took his phone. K9 tracking was initiated but the suspects were not located.
