#020 Residential Burglary
Officers responded to the 35900 block of Carnation Way to investigate a residential burglary that occurred during the morning hours. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry by using blunt force to open the front door. The suspects ransacked the residence. It was unknown at the time of the report as to what was taken.
#022 Driving without a License Arrest
Officer Estes and FTO Magana conducted a traffic stop in the area of San Pedro Drive and Thornton Ave and arrested the driver, a 38 year old adult male, Hayward resident, for driving without a license.
#026 Robbery/Theft
Officers were dispatched to a robbery that had just occurred at the Walmart on Albrae St. The initial information was that two suspects stole a car seat and clothing and had battered the loss prevention agent. Arriving units determined that the crime was actually a petty theft and not a robbery. The suspects were not located.
#024 Suspended License Arrest
Officer Layfield conducted a traffic stop in the area of Robin Street and Sundale Drive. The driver, a 31 year old adult male, Sunnyvale resident, was arrested for driving with a suspended license. In addition he was also arrested for a stolen vehicle which stemmed from an incident several weeks ago.
