#010 Warrant Arrest

Officer Sanders conducted a warrant service and arrested a 32 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.

#019 Vehicle Code Violation

Officer Sanders conducted a traffic stop at Auto Mall Pkwy and Grimmer Blvd and cited/arrested a 65 year old adult male for a vehicle code violation.

#021 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest

Officer Baca conducted a traffic stop at Roberts Ave and Washington Blvd and cited/arrested a 30 year old adult male for driving on a suspended license.

#027 Resisting Arrest

At 2:18 p.m., Officer Robinson and FTO Sasser attempted to conduct a pedestrian stop at Mowry Ave. and Fremont Blvd where a male was standing in the center median holding a cardboard sign.  Officers attempt to make contact and asked that he move.  The 45 year old adult male, Fremont resident, does not to cooperate and attempts to walk away from the detention. Officers eventually catch up to him and he is taken into custody for obstructing/resisting and for a probation violation.

#030 Displaying False Registration Tabs

At approximately 3:20 p.m., Officer Stillitano conducted a stop on a vehicle in the Niles District.  His investigation reveals that the registration tabs on the vehicle are false and the vehicle’s registration is actually expired. The 62 year old adult male, Oakland resident, was issued a citation for displaying false registration tabs.

#041 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

While investigating a theft case near the 1000 block of Kensington Dr., Officer Haugh contacted a 44 year old adult male, Fremont resident, and located illegal drug paraphernalia on his person. The male was subsequently arrested and taken to the Fremont Jail where he was eventually cited.

#042 Warrant Arrest

After booking a prisoner at the Fremont Jail, Officer Haugh was informed that a subject near the lobby had an outstanding warrant and needed to be booked.   The 36 year old adult male was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.   

#039 DUI Arrest

At 6:34 p.m., officers respond to the area of Thornton Avenue near Paseo Padre Pkwy on the report of a single vehicle collision. Upon arrival Officer Montojo and FTO Hunt contact the driver who had been drinking.  The 24 year old male driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.

#047 Warrant Arrest

Officer L. Kennedy conducted a warrant service on Thornton Ave and arrested a 31 year old adult female for a misdemeanor DUI warrant.

#001 Warrant Arrest

At approximately 10:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to Wildwood Park Ct on a call of a suspicious person.  The caller stated that an unknown male was standing in a neighbor’s driveway looking at other homes.  Additional information is obtained about the male's identity and that he is wanted for a warrant.  Several officers arrived on scene and attempted to make contact.  The male immediately began to walk away and jumped over several residential fences.   Officer Macciola and K9 Warco joined the response and a perimeter was established.   The suspect attempted to break the perimeter on multiple occasions during the search.  K9 Warco and Officer Macciola eventually located the suspect hiding in a shed located in a residential backyard. The suspect was taken into custody and provided medical treatment for a dog bit.  The 37 year old adult male was medically cleared and booked into Santa Rita Jail on one charge of obstructing/resisting and for his parole violation.
