#FremontStormWatch Update: 
 
- Fremont Unified School District has decided to close on Thursday in anticipation of the storm.  Please visit http://www.fremont.k12.ca.us/site/default.aspx?PageID=1 for updates.  Several private schools may also be closing.  Please check with your respective school for specific information and instructions.
 
- Please be sure to secure all patio furniture, outdoor toys, holiday decorations and other items outside that could fly away and/or be damaged.
 
- Sand is still available, however we have run out of bags at the Maintenance Center and Fire Station 10 (Ardenwood), Fire Station 5 is almost out.  Public Works will have more bags, but it won't be until tomorrow (Thursday).
 
- Please bring in your pets tonight. 
 
- Morrison Canyon is closed.  
 
- Continue to check and clear debris as you can to help with storm drains and to prevent flooding.
 
- Call in any critical issues to Public Works at 510-979-5700 or FPD's non-emergency number at 510-790-6800 and select option 3.

#006 Driving without a License
Officer Baca conducted a vehicle stop and cited/arrested a 28 year old adult male for driving without a license.
 
#008 Driving without a License
Officer Romley conducted a vehicle stop and cited/arrested a 35 year old adult male for driving without a license.
 
#009 Driving without a License 
Officer Candler conducted a vehicle stop and cited/arrested a 23 year old adult male for driving without a license.
 
#016 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest 
Officer Liu and Officer Ceniceros conducted a vehicle stop at Motel 6 south and contacted a 27 year old adult male.  The male was in possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested.  
 
#025 Warrant Arrest
Officer Gourley was dispatched to the Extended Stay on Farwell Pl for a call of an unwanted guest.  Officer Gourley contacted a 55 year old adult male and arrested him for his outstanding warrant. 
 
#035 Warrant Arrest
Officers Robinson and Sasser conducted a pedestrian stop near Decoto Rd and I880.  They contacted a female who had several warrants. The female is subsequently arrested and transported to jail. 
 
Outside Assist/Mutual Aid: Lt. Sean Washington led a team of officers to the Berkeley area to assist with a call for mutual aid.  
 
#046 Robbery
Officers responded to the T-Mobile store at Pacific Commons where four unknown suspects entered the store and stole a “Note4” cellphone. A clerk struggled with one of the suspects, but they were able to steal the phone and flee in a brown colored 4-door vehicle with yellow (possibly paper) license plates.
 
#050 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officers are called to the 3800 block of Walnut Avenue where an intoxicated male was threatening to fight with customers. As Officers Valdes and Scherer arrived, the male challenged them to fight. He was taken into custody and transported to jail.
 
#005 DUI Arrest
Sgt. Mahboobi initiated a traffic stop near Stevenson/Fremont.  The driver, a 22 year old adult male, was found to be impaired and was arrested for same.  A McNeely warrant was needed to secure a blood draw.  
 
#006 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
Officer Macciola contacted a 30 year old adult male near Cherry/Walnut and arrested him for possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 
 
#003 Vehicle Theft
Officers responded to CVS at the Hub after a victim called in to report he had been car-jacked.  Further investigation revealed that one of the victim’s acquaintances whom he had been visiting with, actually took off in the car after an argument.  The vehicle was later located (unoccupied) and recovered by Oakland PD.  Investigated by Officer Chahouati. 
 
#004 DUI Crash
Officers responded to a single vehicle collision near Paseo Padre/Pine that downed a tree and light pole.  A 20 year old adult female was located nearby and was arrested for driving under the influence.  Investigated by Officer Collins.
