#007:  Residential Burglary/Vehicle Theft
Around 9:30 a.m., officers responded to the 4600 block of Cerritos Av. after an alert neighbor contacted FPD noting that an unknown male had backed his neighbor’s vehicle through the closed garage door and fled.  Officers arrived and determined the residence had been burglarized, which included the theft of the neighbors Silver 2002 Dodge Intrepid 4XTH961.  Other loss included a safe.  One suspect was described as an unknown race male, thin build, wearing a gray hoodie.  The witness could not describe the second suspect.  Entry was possible made through large dog door.  
 
#025: Fraudulent Check/Commercial Burglary
At approximately 3:30 p.m., Officer Zargham responded to Dale Hardware for a 58 year old male attempting to pass a fraudulent check.  The male was subsequently arrested for commercial burglary.
 
#030: Robbery
Officers were dispatched to a robbery that occurred at the Centerville Community Park.  The female victim was with her family when the suspect walked up behind her and pulled a gold necklace from the victim’s neck.  The suspect entered an older model white Toyota Corolla which fled the area.  The suspect was described as a black male in his 40’s with a stocky build and was last seen wearing a grey beanie and grey jacket. 
 
#004: Possession of Methamphetamine
At approximately 3:15 a.m., Officer Luevano conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle on Ardenwood Blvd.  The driver, a 33 year old male, was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and arrested for same.

#007: Warrant Arrest
Officer Sanders contacted a 34 year old male and 25 year old female at Motel 6 on Research Av. Both the male and female were found to have outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants.  Both were arrested and booked on their outstanding warrants.  
 
#009: Warrant Arrest
Officer Fuellenbach contacted a 24 year old male on the 4500 block of Piper St.  The male was found to have an outstanding DUI warrant.  He was arrested and booked for his warrant.
 
#010: Residential Burglary
A residential burglary occurred on the 4900 block of Mayfield Drive while the home was being fumigated.  Loss included two locked safes.  
 
#012: Auto Theft
39000 block of Fremont Blvd (Maroon ‘97 Nissan Maxima)
 
#016: Warrant Arrest
Sergeant Fowlie conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Paseo Padre Parkway/Whitehead Lane and contacted a 31 year old male who was found to have an outstanding warrant.  The male was arrested for his possession of drug paraphernalia warrant.
 
#027 : Human Trafficking/Warrant Arrest
Officer O’Neal and Officer Morrison made a vehicle stop at Fremont Blvd and Enea Ct.  The vehicle was occupied by two adult male adults and a juvenile female. Upon further inspection, the vehicle was found to have bullet holes in it.  The female lied about her name multiple times before finally stating her true identity.  She was found to have a felony warrant for loitering for prostitution and stated she was still working as a prostitute.  The female juvenile was booked and taken to juvenile hall.  One male was also arrested for human trafficking as well as an outstanding warrant.
 
IH#6960 : Warrant Arrest
Officer Lobue was sent to Safeway at five corners for a disturbance near the recycling area.  Officer Lobue contacted a 22 year old male and arrested him for three outstanding warrants.
 
#020 : Driving without a license
Officer Gentry was dispatched to a non-injury collision at Fremont Blvd and Bidwell Drive.  One male driver was arrested for driving without a license.
 
#028 : Possession of a controlled substance/Possession of concentrated cannabis/Possession of a switchblade knife
Officer Weber and Officer Hollifield were sent to a report of males drinking at the Irvington Memorial Cemetery on Chapel Way.  Officers contacted two males.  A search of their vehicle revealed 1.5 grams of suspected Xanax, 6.6 grams of concentrated cannabis, and a switchblade knife.  The 31 year old male was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a switchblade.
 
#030 : Unattended Death
Officer Candler was sent to Home Depot in an attempt to locate a missing 52 year old male.  The missing person’s vehicle was in the parking lot.  Officers entered the vehicle and found the missing person deceased.  Officers noticed nothing suspicious and the decedent had a history of “huffing” chemicals.  The Coroner’s Office responded and took custody of the decedent.
 
#039 : Driving Under the Influence
At approximately 11:60 p.m., Sergeant Lambert conducted a traffic stop in the area of Grimmer and Osgood.  The driver, a 29 year old male was found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested for drunk driving.
 
#002 : Driving Under the Influence
At approximately 12:69 a.m., Officer Gourley conducted a traffic stop in the area of Alder Avenue and Oak Avenue.  The driver, a 23 year old male was found to be too intoxicated to drive.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.
 
#007 : Warrant Arrest
At approximately 2:50 a.m., Officer Luevano conducted a traffic stop at Motel 6 on Fremont Blvd.  Officer Luevano contacted a 42 year old male and arrested him on his outstanding felony warrant.
 
#036 : Outside Assist/Unoccupied House Fire
At approximately 9:27 p.m., Officer Nordseth was flagged down for a fire at an abandoned house on the 41000 block of Roberts Avenue.  Fire responded and it took numerous engines and trucks to put out the fire.  No one was inside the residence at the time of the fire.
 
#040: Residential Burglary
Between 10:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., a residential burglary on Joshua Place occurred.  Loss included US currency, iPad, MacBook pro laptop, iPhone and jewelry.  Suspect(s) entered through an unlocked and slightly open window of the residence. No suspect information at this time.
 
#006: Non-Injury Collision
At approximately 2:40 a.m., a subject drove through fence on Beethoven Common colliding with three parked cars.   
 
Bart PD Incident #1410-3700 Petty Theft (Bicycle) – Fremont Station
Between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., a victim reported the theft of their black Road Master, men’s mountain bike while it was cable locked at the Fremont Bart station.

#011: False Imprisonment
Officer Oliveira and FTO Settle were dispatched to ascertain the problem at an address on Vallejo Street after a female called 911 and reported that her boyfriend, a 47 year old male, had “held her hostage” for two days.  He was arrested for false imprisonment.
 
#026: Warrant Arrest
Officer Roberts contacted a 27 year old male at the Walmart on Albrae Street and arrested him for an outstanding felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants.
 
#030: Unlicensed Driver
Officer T. Bobbitt conducted a traffic stop in the area of Central Avenue and Dusterberry Way.  The driver, a 22 year old male, was found to be driving without a valid license.  He was cited for being an unlicensed driver.  
 
#003- Possession of Methamphetamine
Officer Nordseth responded to Niles to investigate a suspicious vehicle.  He located a vehicle near Washburn Drive and Ila Court.  He contacted a 29 year old male who was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.  The male was arrested for same.  
 
#029: Unattended Death
Officers were called to the 4700 block of Ridpath Street because FFD asked us to respond to an unconscious male.  The 66 year old male was transported to a local hospital where he pronounced deceased.
