#038 Public Intoxication Arrest
At 3:36 p.m., Officer Dodson arrested a 33 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for public intoxication. The male was passed out at the Wells Fargo located at Capitol and Walnut.
#041 Theft, Warrant and Possession of a Syringe Arrest
At 3:52 p.m., Officer Loughery and Officer Liu respond to Target to investigate the report of a petty theft where loss prevention was detaining a 29 year old adult male, Pleasant Hill resident, for theft. In addition to theft, the male was arrested for having multiple warrants and a syringe on his person.
#042 Residential Burglary
At 4:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residential burglary at the Estates at Park Place, located in the 3400 block of Stevenson Blvd. The suspect entered the residence by prying open the front door. Once inside the unknown suspect stole a lap top computer and jewelry. Detective Holguin, who was assisting patrol with staffing levels, investigated the burglary.
#055 Coroner Case
Officer Madsen was detailed to Motel 6 (North) regarding a possibly deceased female. Fremont Fire pronounced the female deceased prior to police arrival. Nothing suspicious located. Coroner responded to the scene.
#001 Possession of Dangerous Drugs
Officer Roberts responded to a family disturbance. Officer Roberts located a male and female who had been arguing. The male was found to be under the influence of drugs. A search revealed a small amount of cocaine in each person’s belongings. Both parties were arrested for drug possession.
#002 Drunk Driving Arrest
At 3:26 a.m., Zone 3 units were detailed to a possible collision in the area of Valpey Park and Bayfield Pl. While in the area, Officer Dooley observed a vehicle leaving the general area at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped and the 29 year old adult male driver was found to be driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was arrested for same. Zone 3 units did not locate evidence of a collision.
