#007 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 7:36 a.m., Officer Fuellenbach responds to a person trying to start fights with people in the area of Omar St/Stevenson.  Officer Fuellenbach arrests a 54-year-old adult male for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#013 Warrant Arrest

At 10:40 a.m., Officer Dias arrests a 41-year-old adult female for no cite theft warrant.  While at the jail, the female starts feeling ill and needs to be transported to the hospital.   After being medically cleared, she was booked at our jail.

#005 Hit and Run

At 6:54 a.m., the driver of a car tries to merge at Fremont/Automall Parkway and collides with a large yellow gravel truck.  The driver of car sustains minor injuries and truck keeps on going.  Traffic Officer Nevin investigating.

#020 Residential Burglary

A homeowner on the 34000 block of Hurst Street leaves his house and returns around 1:15 p.m.  While the homeowner was gone, an unknown suspect pried the kitchen window open and entered the home.  Loss reported was cash.  Officer Magna investigating. 

#024 Under the Influence of Dangerous Drugs

Officer Ramsey was dispatched to a welfare check in the area of Mission Blvd and Nursery Ave regarding a male that was running into traffic.  Officer Ramsey contacted the 67-year-old adult male and arrested him for being under the influence of a dangerous drug. 

#026 Chain Snatch Robbery – Ardenwood area

Officer Hernandez was dispatched to a gold chain-snatch robbery that occurred near Deep Creek Rd and Horat Terr.  The suspect asked the victim for a specific address in the area before attempting to rip a gold chain from around her neck.  The victim screamed and scared the suspect, who ran to a white four-door vehicle and fled the area.  The suspect was described as being a black male about 18 to 20 years old with a slim build.  He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and black pants. 

IH# 3826 – Warrant Service

Officer’s Harvey and Luevano contacted a 22-year-old adult male and a 25-year-old adult male during a bar check at Mojo’s.  Officer Harvey arrested one of the men for a no-bail misdemeanor warrant.

#007 Collision and Warrant Arrest

A 32-year-old adult female arrived at a local hospital and reported being struck by a vehicle on Thornton Ave near Thornton Jr. High.  Hospital staff was suspicious of the story and called FPD.  Officer Ceniceros arrived and after questioning the female and learned that she was actually involved in a roll over crash on the off ramp of HWY 680 at Scott Creek Rd.  Officer Ceniceros also discovered that the female had an outstanding warrant.  CHP responded and documented the collision and Officer Ceniceros booked the female for the warrant after she was medically cleared.

 #018 Warrant Arrest

Officer Ramsey made a pedestrian stop and arrested a 46-year-old adult male for an outstanding felony warrant.  He also located a 58-year-old adult male and missing person, during the stop.

004 Warrant Service

Officer Soper initiated a traffic stop near Paseo Padre Pkwy/Siward and arrested a 25-year-old adult male for a warrant.

#006 Resist/Delay/Obstruct Arrest

Officers responded to the area of Garden/Alexander on report of a drunken male subject creating a loud disturbance.  The 48-year-old adult male was aggressive upon contact and resisted efforts to detain him.  Once detained, a WRAP device was needed to safely transport him to a local hospital for medical clearance, before being booked at Santa Rita.  Investigated by Officer. Gourley.

Parking:

CSO Goralczyk conducted traffic enforcement in the Mission Peak area of Stanford Ln/Vineyard Ave. for approximately 2.5hrs.  The efforts resulted in the issuance of 19 citations for various FMC and vehicle code violations. 

#015 Residential Burglary

Officers responded to the 37500 block of Third Street to investigate a residential burglary.

#032 Warrant Arrest

Officer Gourley conducted a traffic stop at Fremont Blvd and Thornton Ave and arrested/cited an 18-year-old adult male for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

#023 Theft Arrest

Officer Perry was dispatched to Safeway at The Hub for a group that was fighting with loss prevention.  Officer. Perry arrived and arrested 33-year-old adult female for petty theft.

#025 Robbery, Brandishing a Deadly Weapon and Probation Violation

Officers were dispatched to The Huddle for a report of a suspect brandishing a knife.  The victim confronted the suspect, a 43-year-old adult male, after he attempted to steal water from the bed of the victim’s truck.  The suspect brandished a knife in the direction of the victim but fled when a passer-by said something to him.  Officer Manrique attempted to stop the suspect, but he fled.  Officers were able to locate him a short time later in the parking lot and took him into custody.  He was arrested for robbery, brandishing a deadly weapon, and a probation violation.  Officer Lobue investigated the case.

#026 Warrant Arrest

Officer Candler was dispatched to a battery on Chemult Co.   When he arrived, none of the combatants wanted to press charges.  A 42-year-old adult male was arrested for his outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

#030 Possession of Stolen Property

Officer Lobue was dispatched to a trespassing call on Via San Carlos where a residence had been posted as being uninhabitable.  He contacted a 51-year-old adult female and she was in possession of credit cards that did not belong to her.  Officer Lobue arrested her for possession of stolen property.

#033 Unlicensed Driver Arrest

Officer Soper conducted a traffic stop on Argonaut Way and Mowry Ave.  He contacted the driver, a 29-year-old adult male and cited him for being an unlicensed driver.
