This will affect Gann Apartments on Marshall, and some Wedgewood Apartment buildings off of Fourth Street. Water will be off for approximately one hour, starting about 10:00 a.m. this morning. Notices were distributed to affected apartments yesterday. Contact public works at 816-858-4815 if you have any questions.
