#007 Carrying/Concealing a Dirk or Dagger Arrest
Officer Harvey conducted a pedestrian stop and during a pat search located a dirk/dagger. The 27 year old adult male, Newark resident, was arrested.
#012 Possession of Narcotics for Sale
At approximately 9:45 a.m., Officer Harvey conducted a traffic stop and found both occupants to be on searchable probation. During the search of the occupants and vehicle, Officer Harvey located over 20 grams of methamphetamine. Two men (37 years/Union City and 32 years/Fremont) were arrested for possession of narcotics for sale.
#014 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 10:15 a.m., officers responded to Strizzi’s at Paseo/Mowry regarding a transient who was sleeping on the patio deck of the restaurant. The adult male was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested for same. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail.
#025 Public Intoxication
Officer Valdes found a 46 year old adult male drunk and disorderly in the area of Grimmer Blvd. and Max Drive. He was arrested for public intoxication.
#032 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 8:30 p.m. officers served a warrant on the 4700 block of Mallard Common. Officer Dodson arrested a 28 year old adult male for a DUI warrant.
#033 Warrant Arrest
Warrant arrest by Officer Perry during a warrant service on the 4200 block of Tanager Common. A 46 year old adult female was arrested for her outstanding DUI warrant.
#036 Public Intoxication
At approximately 9:00 p.m. officers were dispatched to a call in the area of Grimmer Blvd and Auto Mall Parkway to investigate a brandishing a large stun gun incident. Officers arrived and located a 39 year old adult male who was in possession of a black modified electric hand held bug zapper. He was arrested for public intoxication.
#035 Battery and Trespassing Arrest
At approximately 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance on the 3600 block of Pennsylvania on a report of an unwanted guest. A 39 year old adult male was asked to leave and he did. Later in the evening at approximately 9:20 p.m. officers returned to the same address because the 39 year old adult male had returned and forced entry into the dwelling. He was escorted out by officers and arrested for battery and trespassing.
#001 Warrant Arrest
Officer Kwok made a vehicle stop and arrested a 42 year old adult female for her felony arrest warrant.
#003 Under the Influence Arrest
Officer Paiva and FTO Taylor made a pedestrian stop at Safeway in Irvington and arrested a 32 year old adult male for being under the influence and his attempted ingestion of a controlled substance. Fremont Fire responded and the adult male had to be medically cleared. While at the hospital it was discovered that he had recently been shot in the arm. The adult male was uncooperative and would not disclose where, when, by whom, etc.
#042 Brandishing a Weapon
At approximately 7:15 p.m. officers responded to Frederick Ln on the report of a carload of men driving by waving guns. The victim was uncooperative. Nothing further and investigation ongoing.
#002 Residential Burglary Attempt
Officers were detailed to a residence on Holly St where a cat-burglary occurred on August 12th of this year. The suspect from that incident was confirmed to still be in custody. Tonight an unknown male suspect removed the screen from a window outside the fenced yard. No suspects are located. Officer Paiva handled the case.

9/1/13 7:55 p.m.
A suspect was creating a disturbance on board a Valley Transportation Authority Bus. A BART Officer responded to the scene and determined that the suspect was intoxicated in public. A Sgt. approved the arrest and debriefed the suspect. The suspect was booked at the Alameda County Jail without incident. BART PD Case # 1309-0131
