Officers responded to 1070 blk Curtner Road on a report of an interrupted residential burglary after the homeowner confronted two males inside her home. The victim stated she was upstairs when two males entered her home via an unlocked rear door. Once inside, the suspects took an iPad and fled once they realized the homeowner was upstairs. The suspects jumped the rear fence and were last seen running toward Palo Amarillo. The suspects were described as two males, 5’08 to 5’10, wearing blue jeans, a blue t-shirt, and dark colored jacket. A search of the area failed to locate the suspects (report number #033).
#055: A residential burglary (ransack) occurred on Merlot Dr. Entry via kitchen window, loss included valuable coins.
#060: A residential burglary occurred on Hawkins St. Entry via rear window, loss included jewelry.
#064: An interrupted residential burglary occurred on Valpey Park Ave. Upon returning home the resident witnessed the suspect run out of the house via the back door. Entry was made through the side garage door (door kick) and the loss included cash.
#001 - Resisting Arrest: Officers were dispatched to Centerville Park on a report of a bike theft. Responding officers spotted the suspect and the bike. The suspect fled but inadvertently ran to Officer Valdes. Officer N. Johnson arrested a male for resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
#003 - Stevenson Blvd: Officers were dispatched to a suicidal subject with a knife. HNT Sgt. McCormick and Ofc. Candler along with several officers responded. Ofc. Candler negotiated the successful surrender of the subject who was sent for medical evaluation.
#007 - Mobile City, Thornton Ave: Via glass break
