WRNT WARRANT ARREST
Officers responded to the 900 block of Wingate for a noise disturbance. They contacted the homeowner, TROY W. ALEXANDER and were speaking with him on the front steps of the residence. Dispatch confirmed an outstanding no bond warrant for ALEXANDER. Officers told ALEXANDER he was under arrest and he tried to run up the steps into his house. Officers grabbed him and a struggle ensued. ALEXANDER was taken to the ground in front of his residence and hit his head on the sidewalk sustaining a laceration. He continued to fight with officers and received a stun from a Taser before being handcuffed.

Officers responded to Club 91 at 1259 Yellowstone for an accident in the parking lot. As officers were conducting the investigation, Dawson Jett Smith, started challenging officers to fight and then threatened the officers. He was placed under arrest and fought with officers. A stun from a Taser was used to gain compliance and the suspect was handcuffed and taken to jail.
Officers responded to the 2000 block Margo Lane for a male inside the residence with a firearm and holding his wife in the bathroom. Officers set up a perimeter on the residence and evacuated the neighbors. Phone calls were made to the residence and the female exited the house unharmed. A short time later the male exited the house unarmed and was detained. Investigation showed that no criminal acts were committed.
