On 05/07/2012 at 1654 officers were dispatched to a hit and run accident at 3206 Poleline. Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim who advised a blue Chevrolet pickup truck had exited the Gateway West complex near the 3600 block of Poleline. A witness obtained a license plate from the pickup which returned to a 2001 blue Chevrolet pickup.
At approx. 1755, the officer observed the pickup at Jefferson & Pine and stopped the vehicle at Pine & Euclid. A routine drivers check revealed that SEID had prior DUI convictions. She was transported to the Bannock County Jail and incarcerated for Felony DUI and Leaving the Scene of a Damage Accident.
