013: Victim came to the PD to report he was scammed out of $29,000.00. He reported he tried to buy a car over the internet through AutoTraders.com. He wired the money to what turned out to be a dummy account in New York. His money is gone, the vehicle was never delivered, and the seller is in the wind.
