Traffic Advisory
Cinnaminson Township contractor Charles Marandino, LLC will be installing sidewalks and making other associated improvements on the southern side of Union Landing Road, beginning on or about Wednesday, August 13th. Work will be performed Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. For the duration of the project, westbound traffic (from Route 130) will not be impacted. However, eastbound traffic (from River Road/Broad Street) will be impacted. Routine updates will be provided to assist motorists with their travel plans.
For the first phase of the project, there will be a complete closure for eastbound traffic, from just north of Hunter’s Farm to Gary Road. Local traffic will be permitted from River Road/Broad Street to access Hunter’s Farm, Sea Box, and other businesses and residences. Motorists wishing to access businesses and residences north of Hunter’s Farm should access Union Landing from Route 130. Riverton Road or Taylor’s Lane should be utilized to access Route 130 from River Road.
