Plane Crash Reported – High Meadow St 
At 1:50 p.m., SVPD received a report from Point Mugu Air Traffic Control of a possible plane crash in the 200 block of High Meadow St.
Officers located a single-engine airplane down in the backyard of a residence. There are no reported injuries on the ground.
One person in the aircraft was pronounced deceased at the scene. It is not yet known if there were additional occupants in the aircraft. Emergency crews remain on scene.
The FAA and NTSB have been notified and will assume the investigation.
Please avoid the area to allow first responders to work safely.
