Ventura Bl closed, DeSoto-Winnetka for a shots fired investigation. Taft High School is NOT on lock-down. 
Topanga officers are currently investigating a radio call of "shots fired" on Ventura Blvd between De Soto Avenue and Winnteka Avenue. At this time, there are no victims/injuries. Ventura Blvd has been closed down as a precaution while the investigation is conducted. Currently, Taft High School is NOT on lock-down. There is a police helicopter in the area assisting with the investigation.
