INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (
IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 24-year-old Rachel Young who was last seen in the 8100 Clearvista Parkway.
Rachel is described as 5’3", 112 lbs., brown, and has blue eyes. She was last seen on Thursday, February 2, 2023. She may be in need of medical assistance.
