Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station responded to the 1000 block of South Arizona Avenue in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles regarding a gunshot victim call.
The incident occurred on Saturday January 14, 2023 at approximately 4:54 AM.
When deputies arrived they found the victim, a Hispanic male, 30-35 years of age, suffering from an apparent gun wound to the upper torso. The victim was treated by the Los Angeles County Fire Department and pronounced deceased at the scene.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information at this time.
