Situational Awareness: Flood warning Navarro River area of Mendocino County. The National Weather Service is predicting the Navarro River to reach peak flooding level of 30 feet which may cause flooding to residences and properties on Navarro River Rd. near Hwy 1 and Hwy 128. Peak flood levels are expected to be reached on Sunday 1-8-2023 at 1100 hours and again on Monday 1-9-2023 at 2000 hours. A wind driven tidal surge could increase water levels in the area. No further action needed at this time, Use caution and avoid the area. We will publish updates to mendoready.org as more information becomes available.
