Missing Person At Risk from the 1600 block of Virginia St. Berkeley, Ca., Fenstermacher, Nancy Rutley White Female 72yrs old 507 150lbs brown hair, blu eyes last seen waring black pajamas with a flower pattern. Missing person last seen at approximately midnight on 1/4/2023. Missing person is at risk due to dementia she is fairly ambulatory has no problems moving around, has no money, and no means of contact.
