ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Critical Missing Juvenile Samiyra Laytice White. She is a 16-year old female Black who was last seen on December 13, 2022 at 11:00 p.m. on the 800 block of North Grandee Avenue in Compton.
Samiyra is 5’1” tall, 140 lbs, black hair braided, brown eyes, wears glasses, with scar above left eye on her forehead and possibly has a nose piercing. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black Adidas pants, a Buddha necklace.
Her family is concerned with her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
