Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a female adult.
Deputies from Century Sheriff’s Station responded to the 6600 block of South Central Avenue in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles regarding a gunshot victim call.
The incident occurred on Tuesday December 6, 2022, at approximately 6:05 PM.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, a Black female, 30-35 years of age, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was treated by the Los Angeles County Fire Department and pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information at this time.
