The City of Linden will host it's annual Holiday Tree Lighting tomorrow night, Friday, December 2, 2022. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible and be alert as high levels of pedestrian traffic are expected in the area
The following traffic restrictions will be in place:
There will be no parking on the 300 block of N. Wood Ave & Helen St, as well as Knopf St & W. Blancke St between Helen St & N. Wood Ave beginning at 3pm.
Beginning at 4:30 p.m.
- N. Wood Ave will be CLOSED between Knopf St & Blancke St
- Knopf St will be CLOSED between Helen St & N. Wood Ave
- Blancke St will be CLOSED between Hussa St & Helen St
- N. Wood Ave between Elm St & Knopf St/ N. Wood Ave between Price St & Blancke St/ E. Blancke St between Washington Ave & Hussa St will be OPEN TO LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY
- TRUCKS TRAVELING ON N. WOOD AVE MUST TURN AT ELIZABETH AVE AND ST. GEORGE AVE.
